Serial Sexual Abuser On The Lam In DC: MPD (Updated)

Police in Washington, DC have identified the 24-year-old man who remains at large after a series of sexual assaults in the District.

Kevin Evans, of Northeast DC, is wanted on a DC Superior Court warrant for misdemeanor sexual abuse following a series of incidents that were reported earlier this week.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department issued a new alert on Saturday afternoon as they attempt to track down Evans, who allegedly engaged in unwanted sexual contact with victims in three separate places within a half hour in Northwest DC.

The altercations were reported:

At approximately 9 a.m. in the 100 block of Michigan Avenue NE;
At approximately 9:18 a.m. in the 2400 block of 4th Street NW;
At approximately 9:25 a.m. at the intersection of 6th Street NW and Bryant Street NW.

Each incident happened on Wednesday, Aug. 9.
